4. Try and remember all the positive things that made you happy in the past. This will help you to get motivated and have a positive frame of mind. Positive mind is one of the essential factors to stop anxietyattacks before it hits you.
5. Exercise regularly to keep the adrenalin levels in the blood under check. Attend some yoga and meditation classes that can help you in reducing stress and tension. Relaxation and visualization techniques can surely help in overcoming panic attacks.
