The invention of telephone Alexander Graham Bell date of 1876. It is operated by the following year in the United States and from France in 1879. Today, almost all individuals have at least one telephone. The phone is now an important source of income in the telecommunications market.

Telephone history; the phone appears in France in 1854, through an agent of the telegraph. He developed his idea in an article entitled “Electrical Transmission lines“, but it was not until 1861 that the name of the phone is delivered and 1876 for it to be invented.

Initially, the phone has an operating manual. The customer picks up the telephone, which triggers a warning in the core network. An operator answered the call and the client gives the number of the person he wants to join. The operator can then compose and save the two people in line, or pass the information to another operator, which establishes the communication, if the second person is not in the same network as the first. The phone then becomes automatic, the contact is directly between two subscribers, without any intermediary. Since 1950, mobile telephony has emerged and it is now possible to call anyone with a cell phone. This new technology has helped develop a written communication, via SMS or Internet connection.

There are two types of phones. First, the phones are connected by a wire to the case containing the tools for voice transmission. The handset by which the user converses therefore has no autonomy and must stay close to the device to use. On the other hand, mobile phones have a combined independent box, usually small and transmit the words of users per radio. In addition, cell phones or laptops have an integrated package directly to the handset and can be used anywhere, anytime. These phones also have advanced features annexes more and more efficient: sending SMS, MMS, Internet, camera, music player, games and more.

Using the telephone is of important cultural aspects, which differ from one country to another. Thus, if the user in France who wins favor a “Hello” to initiate the communication, in the Anglo-Saxon countries, it is more common to hear the phone number or name of the person called.
